Panchsetu Reality: Plot Booking Terms & Conditions

I/We, the undersigned customer, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the booking of my/our plot with Panchsetu Reality:

1. Plot Registration Timeline & Contingency

In the event that the plot cannot be registered within the timeline specified by Panchsetu Reality, the Company reserves the right to transfer the said plot to another party. My/Our booking amount shall remain fully secured with the Company. This amount will be duly adjusted against any ongoing or future project of Panchsetu Reality whenever I/we wish to make a purchase.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If I/we choose to cancel this plot booking, Panchsetu Reality shall refund the remaining amount by way of a post-dated cheque, after deducting 5% of the total deposited amount as cancellation charges. This refund will be processed within a maximum period of 6 months (180 days) from the date of receiving a written cancellation request.

3. Company-Initiated Re-allotment

If the booked plot is re-allotted to another customer, Panchsetu Reality shall refund the entire booking amount to me/us within 30 days from the date of such re-allotment, via a Company-issued cheque.

4. "Saket Vihar" Flexible Payment Scheme

For customers who do not have the complete amount required for the registry, Panchsetu Reality offers the "Saket Vihar" scheme. Under this scheme, customers can book their plot and obtain an Allotment Letter. Within a period of 24 months, the customer may cancel the pre-booking and Allotment Letter for the "Saket Vihar" scheme and, upon depositing the remaining balance amount, proceed with the registry of their original plot.

5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising between Panchsetu Reality and the customer shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, mediation, or litigation. It is expressly agreed that the courts in Lucknow shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any such disputes.

6. Agreement & Acknowledgement

I/We have read, thoroughly understood, and am/are in complete agreement with the above-stated terms and conditions. I/We am/are fully satisfied with the company's policy and hereby confirm my/our plot booking under these terms. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Panchsetu Reality.
